Complaints Policy

Lane Library & Learning Commons

Anyone wishing to make a formal complaint about the environment in or the services offered by library or the learning commons may do so by sending an email or a letter to the University Librarian, Mr. Doug Frazier. Complaints may also be made by phone and in-person, but written complaints establish a paper trail and improve communication.

In accordance with Armstrong’s Policy & Guidelines for Student Complaints we ask that the letter or email include the date of the complaint, the writerÂ’’s first and last name, his/her Student ID (if applicable), a description of the situation prompting the complaint, and contact information. The University Librarian will respond promptly to complaints.
