Farm to Table Menu for June 19th
Please join Janisse Ray for a delicious meal, cocktails, wine, and a fascinating talk at the 2014 Farm to Table event! This event will take place at the Nessmith-Lane Conference Center on Thursday, June 19th beginning at 6:30PM.
2014 Farm to Table Dinner Menu:
1st Course – Smoked Shrimp and Cantaloupe Soup with Yogurt, Balsamic and Mint
2nd Course – Goat Cheese Panna Cotta with Heirloom tomatoes and Arugula with Olive oil and
3rd Course – Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Summer Peas with Basil Gremolata
4th Course – Seared New York Strip with Bleu Cheese Grits and Summer Vegetables Sauce
5th Course – Lemon Pound Cake with Fresh Blueberries and Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
Cocktails at 6:30PM will be followed by dinner at 7:00PM. Tickets ($75 each) are available by cash, check, or credit card by calling Henderson Library at (912) 478-5115. Ticket sales will enhance library resources available to the Georgia Southern community.
