Digital Library of Georgia Records in the Digital Public Library of America
As of October 15, the Digital Library of Georgia (DLG) has contributed over 157,000 records to the Digital Public Library of America (DPLA), making it the sixth largest provider of metadata for the DPLA. DLG is partnering with twelve repositories for digital conversion of their collections. Collections include selections from the Juliette Gordon Lowe papers, the Georgia Folklore Collection, slave medical care accounts, and the records of Atlanta’s WSB Radio. More information about the Digital Public Library of America is available here, and the collection can be accessed at http://dp.la/.
