SUBJECT: Customer Service
COMMENT: I am a student here at Georgia Southern. The person to whom I addressed my question was rude, hostile, argumentative, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
RESPONSE:
The library makes every effort to provide outstanding customer service. We regret that you did not receive the level of customer service you expected at the library. If you ever have a similar experience, you are welcome to contact the employee's supervisor. To do so, ask the person if you can speak to her/his supervisor. If that person is not available, ask for that person's contact information, and use that information to arrange an appointment to discuss the matter or send an e-mail describing the situation.
