how about an outdoor cafe when the library is finished.  If it is only accessed through the library, people can even take books out and read.

RESPONSE:

Thanks for your suggestion. We will have a small cafe on second floor in the atrium of the eastern addition to the Library and food will be allowed in the atrium on all floors. Unfortunately, we're too far along in construction to include an outdoor cafe in our plans.
