SUBJECT: Wireless Internet
COMMENT: The wireless internet is extremely slow, even for newer computers that have Wireless-N cards. Compared to other campus connections, such as the IT Building and Russell Union for example, the library\'s connection is sluggish. Despite connecting to the \"gsucampus\" network and going through the hassle of installing Clean Access and so on, the internet is inconsistent at best, and dreadfully slow most of the time. Perhaps it\'s the hordes of students checking facebook on the 2nd floor, but I find it difficult to get my work done while staring at the Page Load screen.

Thanks for your feedback. We will ask the University's Information Technology Services to look into the matter.
