COMMENT:Why isn't there a duplex printer on the first floor, while there are many on the second floor?

RESPONSE:
Your question was forwarded to David Lowder, head of the Systems Department, and the following was his reply:

Thank you for your suggestion. Actually there is already duplex printing on the first floor. The computers on the 1st and 2nd floors are set to print in duplex mode by default. Your suggestion, however, did remind us to check how we communicate this. The browsers' home page on the Library's computers mention duplex printing in the Learning Commons but don't say that it is also available on the 1st floor. We have now updated that information.
