SUBJECT: Library Policies
Comment: I wanted to comment on students using multiple computers to download
music. On one night at about 7:45pm, a student had about 4 computers tied up downloading
music. This isn't the first time this has happened. I hope something is done about
this problem. Some of us do have important things to do like work.
RESPONSE:
Thank you for your comment. The use of multiple computers by a single Library
customer is only acceptable if that person has proof that multiple computers
are absolutely required to meet a course assignment. If you observe multiple use
of Library computers by a single individual again, please report the situation
at the reference desk or the circulation desk on second floor. A non-student Library
employee will assist you in determining whether the multiple use is legitimate
and take appropriate steps.
