SUBJECT: Building plans
Are there drawings and/or designs of what the actual library addition will look like? I have already seen the model in the foyer of the library.
Thank you for your question. There are preliminary drawings for the addition. We're in the process of getting electronic copies of the drawings from the architects so we can post them on our web page. In the fall, we held two forums for the campus community, and we plan to hold more of those types of meetings as the building plans develop. The legislature funded the actual design of the building a couple of weeks ago so the drawings will continue to change as the actual design proceeds. If you would like to see the schematic drawings before they are available on the web site, please call 681-5115 and make an appointment to see me.
