- Gift of Mrs. Glenda Durrence Edwards; acquired by Dr. George A.
Rogers.
- This association was opposed to the Groveland Lake Project, a plan
to create a large lake (mostly in Evans County, but partly in SW Bulloch)
by flooding thousands of acres of farmland. The Project was defeated.
Mrs. Edwards was secretary of the association, her brother Kenneth
Durrence was the president.
