Description: The collection consists of a menu of Mrs. Bryant’s Kitchen of Statesboro, circa 1950, menus (mostly of Atlanta restaurants) used as a comparison, a notebook presented to Charles and Marguerite Bryant on their 55th wedding anniversary, in which numbers of people relate pleasant experiences at Mrs. Bryant’s Kitchen (which operated 1950 to mid-1970’s), and transcript of a 1995 interview with daughter Lavinia Bryant Strickland.
