How to use the Meeting Room Booking Software

Making a Reservation

  • From the Meeting Room Booking Software, click 'Login' in the gold toolbar found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
  • Login (username = GeorgiaSouthern email username and password = EagleID).
  • Click 'Login' button.
  • Select 'Presentation Practice Room' from the drop down list.
  • Select the desired date from the drop down menu in the gold toolbar found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
  • Single click the desired time.
  • Enter the appropriate information.
  • Click 'Save'.
  • Click 'Log Off' located in the gold toolbar found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Viewing a Reservation

  • From the Meeting Room Booking Software, select the appropriate calendar (e.g., Presentation Practice Room).
  • Single click the description for the desired day/time.

Editing/Deleting a Reservation

  • From the Meeting Room Booking Software, log in then select the appropriate calendar (e.g., Presentation Practice Room).
  • Single click the description for the desired day/time.
  • Click 'Edit Entry' or 'Delete Entry' as appropriate.
  • Follow instructions on screen.
  • Click 'Log Off' located in the gold toolbar found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
