Systems is responsible for installing and maintaining the computers and software in the Library. This includes more than 300 public computers available for a variety of functions such as library research, word processing, Internet access and electronic mail. They also maintain the computers used by Library staff to perform the operating functions of the Library such as checking out books, ordering and cataloging materials, and using the online catalog.
