Disks and CD supplements
Original disks and CDs will circulate. No backup copies will be made. If
a disk or CD is lost or damaged, it will be declared missing in its individual
checkout record. The usual replacement procedures will be followed.
Law books and circulation
No book purchased by or part of the collection of the Bulloch Law Library
will circulate. No added volume to a continuing set of laws, cases, or decisions
will circulate. No legal encyclopedia, or any other volume clearly intended
for reference purposes will circulate. These volumes should be flagged “Not
to be taken from library.” The processor will stamp them and set them non-circulating
in Voyager.
Monographs on legal topics, biographies of famous lawyers or jurists, transcripts
of famous trials, and collected decisions of famous jurists are examples of
the types of law books that may circulate.
Non-circulating items
We will no longer stamp books NOT TO BE TAKEN FROM LIBRARY. The processor
will do all stamping. We will now flag the books instead of stamping them.
Shelf locations that do not circulate
Material in the MAA, Reference, and Special Collections does not circulate.
