becoming an adoptive and/or foster parent, with special emphasis on the
legal procedures for adoption.

Virginia Lowe, Georgia Legal Services of Savannah will discuss the
procedures required to file claims or appeal decisions.
Credit Repair/Counseling
Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room at the Statesboro Regional
Library, 124 South Main Street.
Sonny Colley, President of Consumer Credit Counseling Services of the
Savannah Area, will present a program on reducing consumer debt, with
emphasis on managing debt and reducing the interest rate paid on debt.
