2006-2007 Achievements


slide16We instituted a patron feedback system and placed the form at strategic locations to ensure anonymity. We received 114 patron satisfaction forms that rated the quality of library service and the quality of experience in the library. Using a 5 point scale, our mean rating for quality of service was 4.73, and our mean rating for overall experience was 4.6. Congratulations to everyone for your hard work!
