Film Series: America’s Music
The Zach S. Henderson Library is pleased to present America’s Music: A film history of our popular music from Blues to Bluegrass to Broadway. This series of free films and concerts will consist of nine events–the first of which, Rock & Roll: Dylan Plugs in, will take place on July 30th at the Emma Kelly Theater. Dr. Michael Braz and Dr. Richard Flynn will moderate the film discussions. More information is available on the America’s Music LibGuide.
America’s Music is a project of the Tribeca Film Institute om collaboration with the American Library Association (ALA), Tribeca Flashpoint, and the Society for American Music. America’s Music has been made possible by a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
