Smile, you may be on camera!
The Zach S. Henderson Library is conducting a space utilization study to determine when and how students are using library space. We will focus on all public service areas, including Zach’s Brews, the 1st floor atrium, and the group study rooms. You may see Access Services staff taking pictures or video taping.
The study will occur Jan 21-February 7, two weeks prior to Spring Break, and the last two weeks of the semester. Picture taking and/or video recording will occur on all the floors at the following times: 10:15AM, 3:15PM, 9:15PM, and 3:15AM.
Access Services will be careful not to record library users’ faces nor will they capture what is being done on the computers in order to protect privacy, confidentiality, and anonymity. Signs will also be posted so those entering the library will know about this project as well. If you have any questions regarding this or other assessment projects we have planned for the semester please contact Sonya Shepherd (firstname.lastname@example.org or (912) 478-7820).
