NOAA 2013 hurricane season predictions
Today, NOAA released predictions of the 2013 hurricane season for the Atlantic, which starts June 1st.
Highlights: a “70 percent likelihood of 13 to 20 named storms”, including 3-6 major hurricanes.
What is the average? 12 named storms; 3 major hurricanes.
